By purchasing any of our products you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

• The Facebook Poker Chips that we sell here provide entertainment value only. These playing chips are just “playing points” on the Texas Hold’Em poker application on Facebook, Myspace, Bebo, HI5, Tagged, Yahoo and iPhone.
   

• These playing chips that you purchased are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable or transferable for any real-world funds or prizes under any circumstances.
   

• After your payment is processed, we reserve the right to request for a Photo ID verification before we proceed to transfer you chips. This can be a JPG, GIF, BMP image of your Identity Card or Driver’s License.
   

• We reserve the right to cancel any transaction and refund your payments for any reasons.
   

• If you do not agree to the above terms, please do not purchase our products.
   

• All decisions by MyChipman are final.
